EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP PROGRAMS. These programs are designed to improve employee performance in areas where there are business issues. To achieve customer delight, it is imperative to make sure that employees are aligned with the customer relationship goals. Employee KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KRAs (Key Result Areas) have to be defined based on its capacity to achieve the customer and corporate goals and measurable to provide the proper incentives to employees. Avanza has the capability to design a holistic program that help companies achieve higher employee satisfaction, excellence as well as customer profitability and corporate financial goals.
There are five marketing programs designed to achieve specific needs of a company namely, LONG SERVICE AWARDS, RECOGNITION PROGRAM, PERFORMANCE-BASED INCENTIVES, BUSINESS GENERATION and REFERRAL PROGRAMS, IDEA GENERATION.
Long Service Awards. The Awards Program is a personalized and special program that awards employees based on their tenure or years of service to the company. Instead of the usual company ties and pins, the employee will have the privilege to choose his/her reward from a catalog. Each tenure level provides a wide choice of award items with the different lifestyles of the employees in mind.
What is great about it is that award items create a trophy value of which the employee and the family can enjoy. Example would be a vacation trip , television or DVD set, cameras, etc. So every time they look back at those vacation pictures or use the DVD or camera, they will always remember that it came from the company. It also allows savings for the company as some of the awards may be lower in cost compared to the others of the same tenure level.

Results: Promotes employee loyalty to company; decreases turnover rate. Through retention, cost of training and downtime is further reduced.
Recognition Programs. These are programs intended to recognize and reward employees based on exemplary performance or achievements. Recognition programs can be designed to reward employees for above and beyond performance that are not usually measured such as working long hours to get a deadline done, helping out another team when there was a crisis, looking at some other resources of materials, labor, etc. when the company needed it urgently. In other words, doing something that was not expected of the employee or more than the job requires.
Results: Encourages above and beyond performance.
Performance-based Incentives. These programs are specially designed to motivate and reward employees based on performance and /or achievements. Sometimes providing cash incentives can be a disadvantage as employees look at it as part of its cash compensation package. It therefore becomes difficult to remove when the need is no longer there. Points-based programs for achievement of certain objectives at a particular time make it easier for companies to remove when the goals have been achieved. Performance-based programs can be designed to reward employees for stretched target sales achievement, achieving high customer satisfaction, industry recognition, etc.
Results: Improves performance on key result areas.
Business Generation and Employee Referral. These programs are particularly structured to increase employee contribution to the company's business growth by tapping their social networks. Nowadays, employees have become part of the extended sales force of the company. Incentives may be rewarded based on achievement of sales targets on top of the sales commissions.
Results: Focuses on increased customer base and revenue while increasing contribution per employee.

Idea Generation. These Programs are intended to incent employees based on their creativity and innovative skills. No one is closer to the problem and can provide solutions than the employee themselves. With the right incentive, employees can be more proactive in coming up with ways to improve their processes and cut down expenses of the company. A structured idea generation program can track submission , measure savings or revenue that will be derived from the idea, reward based on the incremental revenue or savings and track progress or completion of the idea project.
Results: Increases revenue and savings.
