Last Sept. 24 , 2010, at the Function Room of the Picasso Service Boutique in
Makati, Yayu Javier, COO of Avanza, Inc., gave a talk on "Loyalty Learnings and
Trends" to Bank Marketing Executives. There were about 45 guests who attended
the event.
